Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing team across multiple proxy infrastructure and data brands. This remote Philippines role offers exposure to campaign coordination, online research, and content preparation in a global, tech-driven environment.

You will contribute to day-to-day marketing initiatives, manage assets, and assist in creating materials while collaborating with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CPC, CTR, and related metrics.
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a remote, fast-paced startup setting.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills are essential.
• Comfort with new tools and workflows and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day marketing initiatives across campaigns and content creation.
• Coordinate campaigns and deliverables using ClickUp and other tools.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Organize and manage marketing assets such as reports, creatives, and media files.
• Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials including emails and content.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.
