Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. in the Philippines is expanding its Growth team to build and support ecommerce projects across Meta, Google, TikTok, Native, Amazon and other channels. You will run ads, optimize product feeds and landing pages to drive sales across markets and channels.

This role sits in our growth team and collaborates with product, creative and partner teams to grow revenue while maintaining profitable ROAS targets. Remote role overlapping AU business hours; preferred near Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Hands-on performance marketing across Meta, Google and TikTok Ads.
• Experience setting up and running marketplace stores (Amazon, etc.).
• Proven ability to plan campaigns and offers.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce metrics (CPA, ROAS, AOV).

Responsibilities

• Plan campaigns and offers with the Growth team; build calendar of promotions.
• Run performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, native and TikTok Ads.
• Set up and optimize marketplaces like Amazon.
• Creative support: brief UGC, product photography and video with design teams.
• Collaborate with partners and manage projects with affiliates.
• Report with clean numbers on spend, CPA, ROAS, AOV and GMV.
