Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of digital marketing and PPC campaign management.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns.
• Create/manage content for websites, blogs, email marketing, social media.
• Conduct market research on customer needs and trends.
• Collaborate with sales to generate and nurture leads.
• Manage marketing calendars and schedules.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google/Microsoft/FB/LinkedIn.
• Perform keyword research and audience targeting.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and ROI.
• A/B test ads and landing pages.
• Generate performance reports for stakeholders.
