Job summary

AImagineers Managed IT seeks a hands-on Growth/Marketing Lead to own the acquisition plan from strategy to execution. You’ll manage budgets, optimize paid channels, and own reporting with the founder. This role is remote with occasional meetups in BGC, Taguig, Philippines.

You’ll work with AI tooling, build a scalable funnel, and drive growth with quarterly bonuses tied to performance. Strong English copywriting is essential for AU/NZ audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing with direct ownership of a paid budget and its results.
• Hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Analytics and attribution: GA4, Looker Studio or similar
• Strong English copywriting for business owners in Australia and New Zealand

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition plan and the cost-to-acquire and lifetime-value model
• Shape positioning and messaging for AImagineers Managed IT with the founder
• Run and improve paid channels within budget: Google Search, LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads, document ads, lead forms and retargeting
• Run the content plan: the founder’s LinkedIn posts, case studies and guides
• Own the it.aimagineers.io landing pages and the cost calculator
• Build nurture emails and automation in Brevo, and keep CRM stages and attribution clean
• Set up tracking end to end: UTMs, conversion tracking and a weekly dashboard
• Run at least two documented experiments a month on angles, headlines and offers
• Give the Business Development Executive sequences, talk tracks and material
• Manage freelancers for design, video and copy within budget
