Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Content & Growth Marketing Specialist to own LinkedIn-focused organic content for an e‑commerce fit-technology software company. You’ll turn blogs, case studies, and sales insights into sharp posts, carousels, and visuals that build trust with apparel and e‑commerce leaders and generate traffic and qualified leads.

Qualifications

• The ability to look at results, explain why a post did or didn’t perform, and clearly communicate what you'd change — proactively.
• Hands‑on experience running LinkedIn content for a B2B brand, ideally including founder‑led content.
• Comfort tracking social and content metrics through to leads and MQLs, and building clear weekly reports.
• Strong writing and the ability to turn long‑form content into sharp, on‑brand posts.
• Working skills in Canva or Figma for graphics and simple video edits.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to speed up drafting.
• Full‑time availability, 8 am–5 pm with EST/CST overlap preferred.

Responsibilities

• LinkedIn Content Ownership: Own the LinkedIn content calendar and publishing workflow for the company page, and support the founder's LinkedIn content.
• Content Repurposing: Turn blogs, customer wins, case studies, sales insights, and product messaging into engaging posts, carousels, short summaries, and downloadable assets.
• Target Account Engagement: Engage daily with target accounts, apparel executives, and e‑commerce leaders through thoughtful engagement.
• Creative Production: Create on-brand graphics, carousels, quote cards, stat graphics, and simple video edits in Canva or Figma, using AI tools to speed up drafting.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, website traffic, leads, and MQLs, and deliver a weekly performance report.
• Hypothesis-Driven Testing: Develop and test hypotheses about why content performed or underperformed, and recommend corrective actions.
• Daily Alignment: Send an agenda before each daily meeting covering what was posted and next steps.
• Supporting Channels: Manage content on Meta, HubSpot newsletters, and basic blog SEO.
