Qualifications

• 2+ years of content creation, content marketing, social media, or a similar role.
• Proven experience creating content specifically for LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s audience, content formats, and engagement patterns.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and concise, easy-to-read content.
• Strong understanding of professional and B2B audiences.
• Experience using content analytics to improve performance.
• Highly creative, proactive, and comfortable generating ideas independently.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple pieces and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and topics to identify content opportunities.
