Global Finance Teams seeks a LinkedIn Content Strategist who knows how to make content perform on LinkedIn. This role is for someone with a proven record of viral posts, deep platform understanding, and a knack for hooks and formats.

You will own strategy for founders, executives, startups, and VCs, driving reach, engagement and demand. You’ll analyze performance, audit accounts, and turn interviews and company updates into compelling LinkedIn content, using Canva or Figma as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of repeatedly creating LinkedIn posts that outperform baseline.
• Deep understanding of the LinkedIn platform and its content ecosystem.
• Strong instincts around hooks, storytelling, positioning, formatting and shareability.
• Experience developing content strategies—not just executing briefs.
• Exceptional writing and editing ability.
• Understanding founder-led and executive content.
• Ability to analyze content performance and explain why something worked or failed.
• High attention to detail and strong editorial judgment.
• Deep interest in startups, venture capital, technology, internet culture.
• Ready to contribute immediately to client work.

Responsibilities

• Own LinkedIn content strategy for founders, executives, startups, and VCs.
• Develop content strategies designed to drive reach, engagement, authority, and demand.
• Identify high-potential ideas, stories, hooks, formats, and angles before they become posts.
• Analyze performance and use data to continuously improve content strategy.
• Audit client accounts to understand what is working, what isn't, and where opportunities lie.
• Develop research docs and interview questions to uncover great stories and insights.
• Turn interviews, company updates, industry news, and founder experiences into compelling LinkedIn content.
• Create simple supporting graphics using Canva or Figma when needed.
• Communicate with clients via Slack and stay highly responsive.
• Stay current on LinkedIn trends, formats, algorithm changes, and emerging content patterns.
