TalentPop App is seeking a crafty Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor for a fully remote role. Contribute to digital ads, social content, and brand touchpoints with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva/CapCut/Figma.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, or both.
• Portfolio showing social graphics, branding, or video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva/CapCut/Figma.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy and typography.

Responsibilities

• Design static graphics and/or edit motion content for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
• Create and edit short-form video (UGC, TikToks, Reels, promos) built to perform.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels, internal and external.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy to develop fresh creative angles.
