More Staffing is seeking a creative Graphic Designer / Video Editor to support a growing ecommerce-focused marketing agency specializing in men's apparel and accessories. You will primarily craft static creatives for Meta ads while supporting email assets and light video edits for paid social.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Experience designing paid social creatives for ecommerce brands.
• Experience creating Meta ad creatives.
• Experience creating direct-response advertising creatives.
• Basic video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing static creatives for Meta advertising campaigns.
• Produce graphics for ecommerce brands primarily in apparel and accessories.
• Create multiple creative variations from existing campaigns.
• Adapt creative concepts across multiple client brands.
• Maintain brand consistency while iterating new ideas.
• Update existing email templates with new campaign assets.
• Design promotional graphics for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Prepare email-ready creative assets.
• Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, and paid advertising.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple ad variations.
• Add captions, motion graphics, and simple animations where appropriate.
• Use AI image generation tools to assist with concept creation.
• Incorporate AI-generated assets where appropriate.
• Stay current with emerging creative workflows and AI tools.
• Work from creative briefs provided by the founder.
• Deliver assets efficiently while managing multiple client projects.
• Iterate quickly based on performance feedback.
