Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Production Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team. This fully remote role focuses on executing concepts across brands, adjusting assets for social, digital ads, print collateral, and events, in collaboration with the Creative Director and Senior Designers.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of production design experience, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design or production design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience in agency/client-service environment.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, resize, and adapt assets across formats (social, print, digital).
• Follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital.
• Organize files, version control, asset management.
• Apply multiple client brand standards across projects.
• Assist light motion graphics when needed.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and leadership.
• Communicate project status and deadlines.
