Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced heads of capture to assist in training their language model on professional document tasks. The role focuses on responding to RFI and RFPs for public-sector opportunities, owning compliance matrices and past-performance narratives.

Fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP. Compensation is $100/hour. Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading government solicitations and exemplary written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for government opportunities.
• Ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for government bids.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across core capture workflows.
