Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced government contracts managers to help train an AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations for public-sector opportunities, with ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans.

Excellent document craftsmanship and written communication are essential. Flexible, 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities.
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train the language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: RFI responses, solicitation compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, pricing volume submissions, capture plans, and proposal executive summaries.
