Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, admin support, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience including invoicing, conversations, workflows, and CRM administration.
• Experience creating invoices, tracking payments, and following up with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Comfort with AI tools and automation-enabled systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Marketing Operations using GHL and other tools.
• Assist with marketing campaign execution, newsletters, and content coordination.
• Monitor automations and flag issues affecting lead capture or campaign performance.
• Maintain campaign records and support marketing reporting.
• Maintain reporting data, assist with KPI trackers and routine reports.
• Coordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups; manage client communications.
• Support vendor payment tracking in BILL.com and ensure documentation.
• Oversee gig coordination, musician onboarding, and staffing confirmations.
• Maintain SOPs, internal docs, and regular task updates.
