Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience with workflows, automations, and pipelines.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• Experience integrating paid traffic sources to CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize all GoHighLevel workflows, automations, pipelines, and CRM structures.
• Review existing GHL setups and suggest improvements from both technical and marketing perspectives.
• Build and refine funnels, landing pages, forms, email sequences, and automation logic within GHL.
• Connect and manage lead sources, including Meta Ads integrations and tracking within GHL.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Support outreach and partner programs by managing follow-ups, booking calls, confirming appointments, and updating CRM records.
• Coordinate partner onboarding workflows and maintain accurate communication logs.
• Collaborate with leadership to align funnels, messaging, and workflows with business goals.
• Regularly communicate progress, insights, and optimization recommendations.
