Job summary

CHAGEE Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with import/export teams to track shipments. The role includes ensuring policy compliance, regional pricing, and timely payments.

Strong English and MS Office skills are essential. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in procurement, experience in F&B or retail, and excellent attention to detail, with ERP familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and handle purchase orders efficiently.
• Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.); experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
• Proficiency in English is required to facilitate business discussions. Proficiency in any other Asian language would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Support supplier periodic performance evaluations.
• Liaise with suppliers on order status, changes, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Manage and monitor purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures.
• Coordinate with the import and export team to track shipment status and facilitate communications.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of system transactions.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls.
• Maintain and manage regional purchase pricing to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the finance team to support timely and accurate payment processing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Review, validate, and optimise system requests submitted to ensure alignment with regional standards.
