Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years procurement and inventory management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement process including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet production schedules without overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to forecast material requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement docs.
• Track and analyze inventory KPIs and report to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
