You will optimize costs, forecast material needs, and ensure compliance with company policies while collaborating with global suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement and inventory management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and vendor relations.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/inventory software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement end-to-end: sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet production schedules without overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Forecast material requirements across production with other departments.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement docs.
• Track inventory KPIs and report to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes.
