Job summary

Allara, a comprehensive women’s health provider, is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to guide patients through hormonal health care. You will support patients via phone, email, and in-app messaging, coordinating scheduling and answering inquiries with empathy and precision.

This full-time, 100% remote, international role offers 30–40 hours weekly, including one weekend day, with compensation of $7–8 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years in customer support or patient-facing roles, preferably remote.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving for medical requests and scheduling.
• Comfort with multiple systems and handling sensitive data.
• Medical reception experience with EHR familiarity preferred.
• Quiet, private workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, patient-centric support via phone, email, and in-app messaging.
• Liaise between patients and providers; relay critical information accurately.
• Guide scheduling, telehealth services, and general inquiries about Allara offerings.
• Communicate billing updates to patients with clarity and support.
• Assist patients in navigating their care journey with professionalism.
• Maintain patient information accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify pain points and share insights to improve the experience.
• Stay informed about Allara’s evolving services.
