Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years as a research-oriented instructional designer with learner-centered design experience.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills; proficient with learning technologies and digital tools.
• Ability to leverage AI in creating scalable learning assets and optimized workflows.
