Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) is seeking an L&D Specialist to design and deliver training programs for biker-partners and internal trainers. You will manage trainers, create learning content, and track training effectiveness to drive performance and retention in a fast-growing network.

The role requires building scalable playbooks, collaborating with Operations, Safety, Product, and Compliance, and using AI tools to accelerate content localization while maintaining high quality across multiple onboarding

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (relevant certifications are a strong advantage).
At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, training facilitation, or instructional design—ideally in logistics, ride-hailing, or fast-paced environments.
Instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver biker training programs across the onboarding to retention phases.
Create scalable training playbooks to elevate service quality and support city rollouts.
Produce engaging content using Canva, video tools, and AI for localization.
