Job summary

Multiplymii LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Direct Import Operations Coordinator (US) to manage day-to-day import logistics, ensure on-time bookings, accurate documentation, and proactive communication with freight forwarders and customer teams.

This full-time, remote role requires 2–5 years in international import operations, ERP experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple parties across time zones. US retailer exposure and ERP systems like NAV/BC365 are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in International Import Operations and Supply Chain coordination.
• Experience in international logistics (FOB shipments, import/export documentation, customs requirements).
• Experience supporting US retailer import programs, with hands-on exposure to at least one of Costco, Walmart/Sam’s Club, Target, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s.
• General ERP proficiency; hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ BC365 preferred but trainable.
• Elevated Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, excel, outlook, word.
• Experience with Global import logistics processes & procedures.
• Familiarity with Global import documentation processing and creation.
• Ability to follow up firmly and professionally with factories and agents.
• Comfortable working across various time zones with US teams.
• Able to identify exceptions and elevate in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day import operations and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with freight forwarders and factories.
• Review and process factory documentation and receive inventory into client’s ERP system.
• Generate shipping document packets and upload to portals or email to customer teams.
• Ensure bookings are secured within required shipping windows.
• Follow up on booking confirmations and vessel allocations.
• Monitor cargo-ready dates vs planned ship dates.
• Escalate delays or issues promptly.
• Track shipment milestones through logs.
• Coordinate across multiple parties per shipment.
• Manage high-volume peak-season loads (up to 100+ orders).
