Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination.
• Experience in hotel management, hospitality, or travel agency environments preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and have strong attention to detail.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support with project timelines and data analysis to meet deadlines.
• Assist with financial reconciliation and invoicing for expenses.
• Maintain internal databases, trackers, and project documentation.
• Assist with travel approvals and onsite event support.
• Onboard and train new hires into the Event Management Team.
