Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a motivated Project Engineer focused on CQA documentation to support geosynthetic lining projects across mining, water, and civil sectors.

You will prepare ITPs, WMS, QA records, review drawings, and assist with tenders, cost plans, and project reporting while aligning with Australian Standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Geotechnical or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of project estimates, tenders, budgets, and cost plans.
• Undertake quantity take-offs and material quantification from drawings/specifications.
• Prepare and review geomembrane and geosynthetic panel layouts.
• Review client specs, scopes, IFC drawings, and tender docs.
• Identify risks, exclusions, assumptions, and opportunities during tender reviews.
• Assist with procurement planning, material scheduling, and project planning activities.
• Support estimating team with technical assessments and tender submissions.
• Prepare ITPs, WMS, QMPs and related project documentation.
