C&A Surveyors is seeking an experienced Geodetic Engineer to own QA for 3D model outputs from our Philippines-based remote team. You will verify boundaries, annotations and title compliance, and provide clear corrections to ensure client-ready deliverables.

This technical review role focuses on cadastral accuracy; Revit and AutoCAD skills are valued, and we will train on internal standards. This is a full-time, remote position with support from Australia.

Competenze

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC registration)
• At least 5 years' cadastral and boundary surveying experience
• Comfortable with 3D modelling software or quick to learn
• Able to spot small errors and communicate fixes clearly
• Strong written and spoken English for feedback with the Australian team
• Ability to maintain quality under deadlines

• Review 3D models and drawings against survey data and title information before release
• Verify boundary dimensions, bearings, areas and lot identification
• Check annotations and notations for accuracy and consistency
• Confirm drafting standards are applied across outputs
• Return work with specific, actionable corrections
• Track recurring errors and feed improvements into team processes
• Help build and maintain QA checklists, templates and standards
• Collaborate with the Sydney-based 3D Modelling Manager on escalations
