Job summary

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Geodetic Engineer/Survey Technician for a full-time role on a US shift, based at IBP Tower in Ortigas.

The candidate will draft topographic and legal drawings, interpret field records, and ensure CAD representations reflect survey data. We welcome applicants with at least five years of land surveying experience and proficiency in Leica Total Stations, Carlson Survey, and Autodesk Civil3D.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field.
• At least 5 years of land surveying experience.
• Experience with Leica Total Stations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Carlson Survey and Autodesk Civil3D is advantageous.
• Willing to work in-office at IBP Tower, Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Use client drawing templates to maintain a cohesive appearance.
• Draft Topographic, SDOT, ALTA, Land Use, and Exhibit drawings as assigned.
• Manage time to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
• Draft survey data and review drawings produced by colleagues.
• Create existing surfaces in CAD to accurately reflect field conditions; process and edit line work, figures and surface models.
• Interpret record documents and represent them in CAD.
• Draft exhibits and prepare legal descriptions.
