Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Geodetic Engineer to join our surveying team in the Philippines. You will assess land viability, verify boundaries, and prepare survey plans for subdivision projects and land titling.

Responsibilities include preparing TDs, VSR/MDP documents, and technical descriptions for building permits, bank loans, and creditor reviews. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Google Earth, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

Candidate must be a graduate of B.S Geodetic Engineering.
With at least two (2) year experience in Land surveying/GE- Software.
Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer.
Computer literate (MS Applications), Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Google Earth and other Survey software applications.

Responsibilities

Assists in assessing the viability of raw land for acquisition; Verifies the accuracy of property boundaries.
Responsible for computation and preparation of survey plans and technical descriptions for Subdivision Projects for government approval and land titling.
Prepares survey technical documents for buyer's building permit and bank loan applications.
Computes the individual coordinates, area and VSR plans based on LMB standard format.
Prepares the individual Technical Description (TD) upon approval of the VSR plans and documents.
Prepares survey documents for Legal, Credit and Collection department and Home owners.
Prepares document for maintenance and/or purchase of Surveying instruments and accessories.
Responsible for the computation and analysis of survey data for SDP and MDP planning stages.
