Magic, Inc is seeking a Community Manager - Freelance, Remote to lead day-to-day engagement across Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Discord with an authentic, platform-native voice. This role connects players with internal teams to surface feedback, bugs, and sentiment in real time while fostering healthy conversations.

The successful candidate will surface fan feedback to customer service, QA, and content teams; monitor trends; and contribute ideas that feel native to each platform.

Qualifications

• Experience owning day-to-day community management across multiple platforms (Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord).
• Experience moderating online communities, including reviewing reports and enforcing guidelines.
• Strong written communication skills with adaptive tone per platform.
• Ability to track trending topics, memes, and cultural moments and translate them into content opportunities.
• Genuine familiarity with or willingness to regularly play the game to speak authentically for the community.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day community engagement across Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord.
• Respond, react, and keep conversations alive across all platforms.
• Monitor and moderate spaces, reviewing reports and enforcing guidelines.
• Surface fan feedback to customer service and other teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Capture and report bugs, sentiment, and feedback to QA and Engineering in real time.
• Flag content opportunities to the content team and collaborate on post ideation.
