Job summary
ASW Philippines is seeking a Fund Accountant to support fund administration, accounting, management reporting and tax compliance for MIT funds, enabling a one-stop solution for international fund managers.
You will join a high-performing team in a hybrid Manila setting, with onsite training followed by 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, and access to growth opportunities and professional development.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in Fund Accounting with strong balance sheet and P&L management.
- Experience preparing financial statements or NAVs preferred.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure client deliverables align with service agreements.
- Maintain accounting records and input transactions into Reckon.
- Process investor transactions and handle tax compliance including distributions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare annual financial statements.

- Ensure all client deliverables are in line with service agreements
- Maintenance of accounting records including entering transactions into Reckon (experience helpful but not essential) accounting software
- Processing of investor transactions
- Tax compliance including distribution calculations and BAS returns
- Liaison with external auditors and service providers
- Preparation of annual Financial Statements
- Preparation of periodical management reporting packs.
- At least three years of experience in Fund Accounting, with a strong background in Balance Sheet and P&L management, bookkeeping, journal entries, financial statement preparation, and reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in real assets financial instruments.
- Has worked at least one year in another job preparing financial statement or NAVs (Net Asset Value)
- Experience with Geneva World Investor product is a big advantage

- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am-3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) after a 3-month training onsite.
