Job summary

BJAK is seeking a full stack engineer to build across frontend, backend, and internal tools for our AI Finance Agent. You will move quickly from idea to working product, collaborating with product, design, and operations.

Based in the Philippines, this remote role requires strong English, 3+ years of experience, and a bias for shipping usable software with good UX. You will own features end-to-end and contribute to multiple product areas such as spending, saving, investing, and payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.
• Support products across fintech, insurtech, marketplace, and other financial services.
• Work with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast.
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability.
• Use analytics and production feedback to improve features after launch.
