Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute, activate, and manage tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team. This role collaborates with the Engagement Planning team and Compas BSD to ensure campaign execution.

You will develop tactical plans for Display, Email, Print, and other programs, create production grids, gather creative specs, and stay current on media technologies while supporting brand planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to support day-to-day operations while aligning execution with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute, activate, and manage tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Planning team and BSD for flawless campaign execution.
• Develop tactical plans for Display, Email, Print, and other programs.
• Partner with Compas BSD on contract execution for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
• Create production grids and gather creative specifications for agencies.
• Meet with supplier partners to stay current on media technologies.
• Support brand-specific planning and execution activities.
