teamstead is hiring a Software Engineer (Full Stack / AI) for a fully remote role with international candidates. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade web apps using Python, React, and TypeScript, integrating AI workflows and LLMs such as Claude.

You’ll work with US-based leadership to deliver secure, scalable healthcare-oriented software. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in production web development, strong PostgreSQL and REST API experience, and comfort with cloud deployments on

Qualifications

4+ years of professional software engineering experience in production web apps.
Proficient in Python, TypeScript and React.
Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
Strong PostgreSQL/SQL skills and data migration experience.
Experience integrating LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI or similar).
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and cloud infra (AWS).
Excellent written and spoken English; able to collaborate with US teams.
Willingness to work Pacific Time overlap.

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps using Python, React, and TS.
Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and frontend interfaces.
Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and migrations.
Implement secure multi-tenant architecture with RBAC and data protection.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain apps on AWS; write tests and docs.
Collaborate with US-based teams to translate requirements into software.
