Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is helping a leading European healthcare technology client hire a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in the Philippines. You will build cloud-based enterprise applications using C#/.NET and React within Azure, delivering scalable microservices and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+)
3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using React (TypeScript preferred)
Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications
Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms
Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices
Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment
Strong English communication skills

Our client is a leading European healthcare technology company that develops enterprise software used by audiology clinics worldwide. They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance scalable cloud-based applications that support healthcare providers across Europe.

About The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on modern enterprise applications within a cloud-based microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with an international engineering team to develop new features, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality software using AI-assisted development tools.
