Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound FNOL calls from customers and third parties.
• Guide callers through the claim-reporting process with empathy and accuracy.
• Capture, verify, and document claim information in designated systems.
• Create and maintain complete claim records and documentation.
• Follow workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements.
