Job summary

BruntWork, a high-growth remote-first company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner to fuel global growth across Europe, the UK, the US, and beyond. You will own end-to-end recruitment and shape the employee lifecycle in a multi-jurisdiction remote environment.

Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Performance, you will manage visa sponsorships, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS/ATS data, and ensure compliance while partnering with leadership to align hiring with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in talent acquisition within a fast-growing startup, scale-up, or SaaS environment.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting for technical roles; visa sponsorship experience and right-to-work compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS tools; multi-location People operations across international teams.
• Strong sourcing, ability to navigate ambiguity, and drive projects independently.
• Experience working with US-based clients and familiarity with AI tools in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical, scientific, and commercial roles; define role scorecards with managers.
• Manage visa sponsorship and work authorization processes; coordinate with counsel on applications and renewals.
• Design and deliver a seamless remote onboarding experience; handle offboarding and exit insights.
• Maintain HRIS records, administer multi-jurisdiction contracts, policies, leave, and benefits; ensure compliance.
