Responsibilities include data mapping validation, updating financial configurations, and supporting audits and special projects. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in finance/analytics and expert Excel skills, with experience in ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Expert Excel proficiency: advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• 3+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role with heavy focus on data integrity and reporting.
• Strong system literacy: navigating and managing data within ERP, CRM, or specialized finance-related platforms.
• Analytical mindset: ability to perform budget vs. actuals analysis and translate raw data into accurate financial forecasts.
• Communication excellence: effective communication of technical financial issues across departments and coordination with Team Leads on special projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process massive datasets, applying cleanup and organization techniques to maintain data quality.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), forecasting, and long-term projections.
• Set up and maintain customer pricing and subcontractor rate files to ensure alignment with contracts and prevent billing discrepancies.
• Validate data mappings between various business systems to ensure seamless data transformation and integration.
• Maintain and document system look-up tables ensuring financial configurations stay consistent with evolving needs.
• Troubleshoot project setup errors and review/approve budget requests to reflect accurate operational realities.
• Support internal and external audits by following change control procedures and documenting configurations.
• Coordinate special projects and communicate high-impact processing events to Team Leads.
