Qualifications

• Strong spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Ability to work effectively from scripts and maintain engaging conversations.
• Reliable, organized, performance-driven, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects using client-provided lists and approved systems.
• Follow financial-services scripts with a professional, conversational style.
• Identify prospects suitable for a financial review and schedule consultations.
• Schedule Zoom consultations via Calendly and capture outcomes in spreadsheets.
• Record call outcomes and follow-up details; maintain consistent calling activity in two-hour blocks.
• Adhere to service requirements, timelines, and deliverables under the contractor engagement.
