Job summary

Insight is seeking a Bridge Line Coordinator in Pasig, Philippines, a hybrid role focused on remote guidance to field technicians during on-site service visits. You will ensure preparation, sequencing, and documentation are thorough, guiding the team through the full service cycle from check-in to final closeout.

You will rely on clear communication, real-time judgment, and meticulous documentation to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service dispatch or coordinating technical teams.
• Ability to read procedures, surveys, checklists and documentation.
• Comfort managing live Teams bridge and multi-tasking on forms and status platforms.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide technicians through check-in, site readiness, tools, materials and sequencing.
• Document requirements, safety, and site-specific notes for each job.
• Track real-time work, verify photos and evidence, and address gaps.
• Oversee bridge closeout and ensure all deliverables and sign-offs are completed.
