Job summary

Insight is seeking a Bridge Line Coordinator for a hybrid Pasig-based role that coordinates remote guidance during on-site service visits. You will support field technicians, ensure readiness, and manage documentation from check-in to final closeout.

The role requires clear communication, real-time judgment, and meticulous documentation across multiple platforms, with eligibility for cross-location work and related benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service dispatch, technical support, or project coordination.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply Field Procedures, surveys, checklists, and other job documentation.
• Comfort managing a Teams bridge and multitasking across a live call, digital forms, and documentation platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, quality assurance, adaptability, and attention to documentation details.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each bridge by reviewing work orders, site notes, field procedures, and POC information.
• Guide technicians through check-in, site readiness, tools, materials, task sequencing, documentation, safety and site-specific requirements.
• Track work in real time by completing forms, ensuring photos and evidence, and resolving documentation gaps.
• Complete bridge closeout by reviewing deliverables, confirming evidence, updating platforms, and obtaining sign-off.
