Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Estimator & Project Administrator for a remote, independent contractor role. You will support estimating, project administration, and process improvement across painting projects, with training on Groundplan and PaintProjex during a transitioning period from Trello.

You will work closely with the business owner to maintain accurate project data, manage estimates, and coordinate scheduling as the company scales its operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction administration or a similar role.
• Ability to interpret construction or architectural drawings.
• Willingness to learn Groundplan and PaintProjex; Trello experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn Groundplan for digital quantity take-offs and support estimating.
• Use PaintProjex to manage project information and administration.
• Support job tracking and team communication during system transition Trello → PaintProjex.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Assist with quotations by maintaining project and estimating data.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and records.
• Support scheduling, workflow coordination and project tracking.
• Monitor progress and manage priorities; identify missing information.
• Collaborate with the business owner to improve internal processes.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving.
