Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd, an Australia-based client, seeks a Philippines-based Project Manager to oversee construction project administration and coordination as an independent contractor. You will manage schedules, budgets, POs, invoices, and project docs to keep projects on track.

Daily work with Buildertrend, Google Workspace, and related tools, with approximate AU business hours alignment and remote work from home. Strong English and proactive, autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, incl. 3+ years construction/coordination.
• 2+ years using a project management platform daily.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and variation management knowledge.
• Excellent written English and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project schedules, flag delays early.
• Manage task board with assignments and templates.
• Control budgets: purchase orders, invoices, cost codes, CCC.
• Prepare and track variations through approval and invoicing.
• Provide weekly client updates and documentation.
• Maintain plans, specs, and council approvals.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to stay on time.
• Escalate delays, costs, and risks early.
