Job summary

Beepo is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage end-to-end estimating and tendering for remedial building projects. You will track deadlines, review documents, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to prepare competitive bids.

You will conduct detailed quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and liaise with clients and internal teams. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment at Beepo Clark office.

Qualifications

• Estimator with 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Project Management, Emails and Quotations.
• Preferably with previous experience in Construction industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end estimating and tendering process for remedial building projects.
• Track tender deadlines and proactively follow up with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review tender documentation, interpret project scopes, and identify technical and commercial requirements.
• Ensure estimating documents are filed in Wunderbuild and project folders for future reference.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates and cost plans.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and procurement.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, site teams, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Conduct market research to assess current pricing for materials, labour, and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks and incorporate allowances and contingencies in bids.
• Prepare and submit competitive tender submissions and manage multiple tenders.
