Tap Growth ai in the Philippines is seeking a Network Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise network infrastructure across global and regional environments. This role blends deep networking expertise with technical project management, collaborating with Network Engineering, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable connectivity while ensuring operational readiness at handover.

Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking or network project delivery.
• 5+ years leading network projects in global/regional environments.
• Expertise in enterprise routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, QoS, VPN, and redundancy.
• Hands-on knowledge of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet, data center networking.
• Strong knowledge of network security, segmentation and secure connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects from planning to handover.
• Manage WAN/LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN and cloud connectivity initiatives.
• Review designs, configurations, test plans, migration strategies, and rollbacks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Network Engineering, Security, Cloud, IT and Service Desk.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, cybersecurity, change control and documentation.
• Ensure monitoring, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness before handover.
