PaxSigna, a Lennor Group division, is seeking an IT Manager - Central Applications to lead the delivery and governance of enterprise business applications from a remote, work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will mentor teams, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and oversee SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and SAP SuccessFactors across integrations and data migrations.

Competenze

5+ years in enterprise applications or IT.
5+ years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
Proven experience managing application development, implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform, including platform architecture, governance, security, compliance, and licensing.
Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, change management, and project delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, implementation partners, project resources, and application ops.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
