PaxSigna is seeking an IT Manager for Central Applications in the Philippines to lead the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, with focus on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SAP SuccessFactors. You will drive integrations and secure, scalable solutions across the organization.
You will mentor Business Analysts and Developers, partner with vendors and stakeholders, manage end-to-end project delivery, and ensure governance and compliance while aligning
Competenze
- 5+ years in enterprise applications or IT business systems.
- 5+ years in leadership with team management and delivery oversight.
- Proven experience in development, implementation, integration, and data migration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform incl. security & governance.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
- Ability to manage vendors and project resources effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
