PaxSigna, a specialist talent solutions division of the Lennor Group, invites applications for an IT Manager - Central Applications. The role focuses on leading the delivery, governance, and modernization of enterprise applications including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will mentor teams, partner with stakeholders and vendors, and drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring security, compliance, and optimal performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or IT application support.
• 5+ years in leadership or managerial capacity with team delivery oversight.
• Experience in application development, implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform including governance, security, and licensing.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, change management, and project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, project resources, and application operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Lead and mentor Business Analysts and Developers, overseeing performance and development.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end application project delivery including planning, budgeting, and post-deployment support.
• Manage delivery, administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications (SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and compliant with IT governance.
• Oversee integrations, data migration, and operational performance.
