Job summary

Amplify, the makers of iFax, is hiring its first Enterprise Account Manager to own the relationship with enterprise healthcare customers. This role is remote from Latin America or the Philippines / APAC, with core hours overlapping US business hours.

You’ll manage onboarding through renewal, run QBRs, and identify expansion opportunities while coordinating with Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years owning enterprise B2B SaaS accounts.
• Comfortable across product-led and sales-led motions.
• Track record turning a happy customer into a bigger one.
• CRM discipline with HubSpot or Salesforce as source of truth.
• Bonus points for healthcare or regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the full relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Run QBRs with clear next steps beyond slides.
• Spot expansion opportunities before customers ask.
• Catch churn risk early and take proactive actions.
• Coordinate Support, Product, and Engineering when needed; be the single point of contact.
