Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a highly organized Email & SMS Manager to own the day-to-day retention program for our beauty/e-commerce brand, working remotely with the Head of Growth.

You will manage the email and SMS calendar, develop flows, craft campaigns, QA before launch, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve retention and revenue, while collaborating with the Email Designer and other teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience in DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong copy and messaging instincts.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a process mindset.
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage calendars and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows: Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback.
• Develop concepts, messaging, segmentation; translate into briefs for the designer.
• QA campaigns before launch; monitor performance and flag issues.
• Produce weekly reporting with insights and next steps.
