Job summary

Tutor Me LA LLC is seeking an Educational Project Manager to lead remote projects, coordinating tutors and stakeholders while planning and analyzing program efficacy. You will support Tutor Me Education Regional Operations and deliver high-quality academic services to students and families in a fully virtual environment.

The role requires strong time management, planning, and communication skills, with experience in virtual operations and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years progressive career growth.
• Experience in virtual operations and team environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage projects coordinating tutors and stakeholders.
• Support Tutor Me Education Regional Operations.
• Provide outstanding academic services to students and families.
• Operate in a fully virtual environment and maintain standards.
• Manage class schedules and virtual tutoring sessions.
• Monitor students' academic progress and program outcomes.
• Confer with partner program directors to review progress and renew enrollments.
