Job summary

RBox International Solutions Inc. is seeking an EDI Integrations Lead/Manager to own our EDI function end-to-end, including partner onboarding, platform health, and vendor governance. You will lead one analyst and drive architecture decisions across EDI, ERP, and downstream systems.

The role is full-time, remote, night-shift, and requires deep expertise in X12, AS2/SFTP/VAN, and regulatory compliance. You will report to the IT leadership and shape the integration roadmap.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on EDI in development, integration and operations.
• Expert command of X12 and related transaction sets.
• Production EDI environment ownership including incidents.
• End-to-end onboarding of trading partners.
• Vendor relationship management including SLAs and escalation.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps planning and reporting.
• ERP integration experience, NetSuite a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Own trading partner integration portfolio and delivery dates.
• Own onboarding cycle time and on-time delivery metrics.
• Set integration roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Act as final authority on EDI standards and mapping design.
• Design architecture across EDI, ERP, and downstream systems.
• Produce plans in Azure DevOps with risks and criteria.
• Maintain EDI platform health and incident response.
• Define KPIs: onboarding time, error rate, uptime, resolution.
• Drive improvements and compliance in data flows (DSCSA, EPCIS).
• Manage vendor relationships and partner escalations.
• Lead one EDI analyst and provide coaching.
