Job summary

Restaurant Supply Llc is seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Catalog & Growth Specialist to own day-to-day catalog optimization and support the growth of the product portfolio across Walmart and other marketplaces. You will manage listings, expand catalog offerings, and drive conversion improvements with strong data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketplace roles, solid experience with Walmart and Home Depot marketplaces, and excellent English writing skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of marketplace experience.
Experience with Walmart Marketplace / Walmart Seller Center.
Experience with The Home Depot marketplace is preferred.
Strong understanding of ecommerce product listings.
Excellent written English.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic keyword research and SEO knowledge.
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to analyze basic marketplace data.
Strong research skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and consistently document work.

Responsibilities

Product Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize Walmart and other marketplace product listings; write compelling, keyword-focused titles, descriptions, and features; ensure listings are accurate and compliant.
Catalog Expansion: Research potential new products and variations; identify opportunities to expand existing lines; research competitors, pricing, keywords, reviews, and positioning.
Listing Performance & Conversion Optimization: Monitor impressions, clicks, conversion rates, sales; identify underperforming listings and recommend improvements; test titles, content, images, and positioning.
Marketplace Management: Maintain accurate product information across marketplaces; monitor catalog errors and notifications; troubleshoot issues; coordinate with marketplace support.
Competitive & Market Research: Monitor competitors and trends; track pricing and promotions; identify gaps and opportunities; provide weekly growth recommendations.
